Ground beef 450g
Frozen grilled root vegetables 750g (1bag)
Egg 1
Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
Chopped parsley 2 tbsp
Clove of fresh garlic, minced (or: garlic powder) 1
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Before you begin:

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). 

     

  2. Mix the egg, garlic, parsley, and breadcrumbs into the ground beef, season with salt and pepper. 

    Roll into meatballs.

  3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the vegetable mix. 

    Bake for 25 minutes in the oven, flipping the meatballs halfway through.

  4. Mix the garlic with the mayonnaise. Serve with the grilled vegetable mix and meatballs. 

    Ready to serve, enjoy!
