Description
Our state of the art factory is extruding, cooking and freezing 7,000T of durum wheat pasta. Our pasta is extruded through bronze dies.
This method gives the pasta a rougher surface which holds the sauce better than standard Teflon dies do. Which shape to use is up to you!
